curry-chicken-soup

The mouthwatering chicken soup à la Petersen. 

Ingredients:

bulletone large can of chicken soup (preferrably with noodles, not from Campbells)
bulletone package of spreadable cheese (i.e. white in color, not the orange Velvita
bulletone Tabelspoon of Currypowder
bulletadditional chicken meat (cooked or roasted) to make it heartier

Preparation:

bulletWarm up chicken soup in a medium size pot,
bulletadd spreadable cheese and stir occasionally until fully melted,
bulletnow add curry powder and stir in with a whisk until no clumps are remaining,
bulletand last but not least add any additional chicken.

bulletWe first tasted this delicious soup back in 1994 and have been asked for the recipe time and time again.
bulletThis recipe is perfect if you don't have much time (2 to 4 persons) to prepare or just have a large number of guests; just multiply the recipe by 2, 3 or more.
